GENERAL HISTORY Emilia grew up in a country home, as her family owns a small farm that self sustains them. Her mother is an author of children's books and has a pen name under which she writes paperback novels. Because of this upbringing, she has always had trouble interacting with people outside of her immediate family. She went to Hogwarts at age eleven, as both of her parents did, but decided quickly that she would never go back to the country; that she wanted to be part of something bigger. Throughout the war, she stayed quietly in the back though internally supported Harry.
When she finally finished school, she immediately got a job at the Daily Prophet, where she now works as Eddie Carmichael's assistant.
