GENERAL HISTORY Luna was raised by her father, her mother died in an spell gone wrong when she was nine, Luna was there and saw the whole thing. She and her father were very close, up until he tried to give Harry to the death eaters. At Hogwarts Luna was sorted into Ravenclaw and was tortured mercilessly by the other students, they all thought she was weird; her beliefs in Nargles and the Quibbler did not make her too many friends. The only friends she did have to worry about torturing her were Ginny, Ron, Harry Hermione and Neville. Luna’s fondest memories are those of her days with Dumbledore’s Army and the battle in the Department of Mysteries.
After leaving Hogwarts and the battle she became a famous wizarding Naturalist on the look out for strange. Rare and beautiful creatures, she has been discovering and classifying many that have not been classified before. She has been trying to find the Crumple-Hook Snorksnak but has been havi9ng trouble with it. The one thing that has been bothering Luna is that now she has been coming to terms with the fact that some of the things she loved and believed in are simply false.

”You promised!”
The exasperated blonde practically winded into the phone, once again he husband had backed out on taking the kids. He claimed he had paperwork, but the real reason was because Carmine never took the kids. Sometimes she felt like the only reason he married her was because she had gotten pregnant in their last year of school. How the hell had she managed to pull one of the most cliché mistakes in the book? She loved Carmine, Lissie really did but she felt like something needed to change. He was the father and his sons hardly knew him. He had chosen the life of a special auror and she had simply been okay with it. Well she didn’t actually have a choice she was going to have to deal with it regardless of her feelings. It was a noble profession and he was keeping the rest of the world safe, but he didn’t have to think about the world it was his family that was falling apart not the world. Looking at her watch she sighed and then picked up the phone and called her mother. ”Mom, I know that it’s last minute but I need a little help.”
”I know, Carmine said- Mom, I know.” Lissie pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed. She did know, she just hated that she had to ask her mother for help again. Luckily the woman loved her grandkids. ”Thank you mom.” Lissie sighed glad that her mother was on the way to daycare. She was supposed to be meeting an interview at a coffee shop. It a small fluff piece in a local quodpot player, he was making big splashes in the league and they wanted to see how the local boy was doing. So they were sending Lissie. They figured she would make an impression on him, being female and blonde. Never mind she’d had three kids. The only reason she was relatively in shape was because she was busy chasing them around all the time. Well that and she hardly had time to eat, everything was about the boys. All of her boys. Looking at the coffee shop she stepped inside only to get another phone call.
”Hi yes Mr. Ja- Oh, right of course, yes well I hope you feel better soon, we can do this anytime.” She sighed, so no interview today. Oh well, she would have some time to herself anyway. Looking up at the counter she smiled and ordered a cappuccino. She would need it for later when she got the boys back, her mother would most likely feed them insane amounts of chocolate and then she would have to deal with the outcome. Oh well, at least the boys had fun at Grandma’s house. She probably would have fun there too if her mother didn’t lecture her every time about Carmine. It was no secret the family didn’t like him, her mother felt Carmine robbed her of her best years raising his children. Her father just sort of mumbled at him and Owen, Owen hated him. Owen was more vocal in Carmine’s presence about not liking him, at least their mother was kind of nice in person. At least she was passive aggressive enough to fool Carmine into thinking she might like him. Then again she would have kicked him out of her house in heartbeat had Carmine been dumb enough to be an ass in front of her.
All of this aside she was still married to him and she still loved him. With a light smile she sipped the foam and headed back onto the main drag. Maybe she would be able to get a little shopping done. It had been a while since she had shopped for herself. Like six years. Looking at the window display she slowed her pace looking at the blouse. It was beautiful, the sort of thing that she really shouldn’t bother with because her boys would have it covered with stains the second she put it on. She couldn’t wait for the boys to get older she could have nice things. It was because she was distracted by the beautiful blouse that she didn’t see the person she then ran into. Lissie managed to sandwich her coffee between them and now it was coving both of their shirts. She was also the reason the she couldn’t have nice things. ”I am so sorry, oh gosh!” She reared back her face turning three shades of pink before the deep blush set in. ”I should watch where I am going.” She fiddled with her smashed cup. Really Lissie? Really?
