GENERAL HISTORY
Never a dull moment in Ronald Weasley’s life. Having six other children in the family can have its ups and downs. Ron is the youngest boy of seven children. The second youngest in the family followed by his little sister Ginny. The poor boy always felt as if he was hidden in the shadows. And then the moments where he didn’t feel this way it was always when he wanted to be hidden. Having five older brothers just meant that the poor bloke was always picked on. Even with feeling like just another Weasley he was important to the family. And soon when he became eleven he was going to be an important person to Harry Potter the boy who lived. And soon to a girl he would act as if it didn’t matter if she cared or not Ms. Hermione Granger.

At eleven Ronald had mixed feelings about Hogwarts. Would he make any friends? Would he just be another Weasley? And of dear! Would he make it into Gryffindor? What if he didn’t make it into Gryffindor? That just could not be acceptable because it was after all the best house in Hogwarts. His whole family was in Gryffindor and he couldn’t be any different. Soon his nerves were washed away when he meant another young wizard. A wizard just as nervous as he. Harry Potter. And to his delight these two boys became fast friends and both were sorted into Gryffindor. Along with another that would become apart of their trio Hermione Granger. This one not being so delightful. But as the school year passed Harry and Ron became fast friends with Hermione just tagging along. The boys couldn’t get rid of her! But she really was a lot of help. And the event that brought them closer was the troll in the bathroom. Because frankly you can’t fight off a troll together and then not become friends. That just wasn’t acceptable. So they became inseparable. Ron just learning to accept Hermione.

This time coming back to Hogwarts for his second and third year was much better. He was looking forward to it. This would be because their was no nerves in having to be sorted into Gryffindor, or making friends, he had two brilliant friends. And the best part of the third year was Honeydukes! Now that was every magical child that went to Hogwarts dream. To enter Hogsmead and Honeydukes. These two years brought the trio even closer. Them having to enter the Chamber of Secerets. And, then wondering who Mr. Black was and finding out it was Harry’s godfather.

Going onto fourth and fifth year these were also eventful years. It seemed as if every year the trio fought something and as soon as things got better things got worse again. Fourth year was also the Yule Ball which brought confusing to poor Ron. This was the year he started to realize that Hermione Granger was not just his friend. Not just one of the guys. She was a girl. A beautiful girl. And jealousy raged at the Yule Ball when he saw her with Krum. Stupid Krum. And to think he admired that guy. But still Ron was much too bullheaded to ever tell Hermione she was pretty. Or that, he may have feelings for her. So he kept the friendship with her as he watched Harry Potter battle in the triwizard tournament. He was at odds with both Harry and Hermione for awhile in his fourth year. Ron and his jealousy eventually subsided and in fifth year their friendship was back to normal. This was also the year Voldomort returned.

But in sixth year Ron’s jealousy came again. But this time just with Hermione. The moment he heard she had kissed Krum his heart dropped. How could that be possible!? And out of anger. Anger and jealousy he went and found himself a girl to snog. Lavender Brown his first girlfriend and his first kiss. This put Hermione on the edge and for most of their sixth year they just didn’t speak. Poor Harry being brought into the middle of this. But toward the ending of the sixth year Ron got poisoned. And I guess Hermione seeing Ron in a Hospital dead with a near death experience she couldn’t let her jealousy ruin their friendship. And within the hospital Ron destroyed his and Lavender’s realtionship. This would be because he called out Hermione’s name and still to this day he doesn’t understand what made Lavender so mad. But he was glad to get rid of her.

And Finally, Ron didn’t go to school for his seventh year. He ran across the world to help Harry Potter destroy horcruxs. It was just the trio for the longest time. On this long journey. And to Ron for the first half he felt as if they were getting no where. To the point that he couldn’t stand it anymore. And the necklace they shared with a horcrux in it didn’t help not finding anything. It made him leave. He left Harry and Hermione alone for the longest time. Now don’t look at Ron as a bad guy. He had regretted it as soon as he left. But it was too late. But he never gave up hope on finding his two friends again. And, he eventually did. He returned. Leaving Harry Potter grateful and Hermione Granger not so grateful. So not only having to help Harry with defeating Voldomort he now had other issues to worry about. Like getting Hermione to stop ‘hating’ him again. And eventually she did. Skipping ahead a bit we end up at the Battle of Hogwarts. A lot of blood was shed. Including one of his brothers. And even in the midst of this huge battle romance ‘bloomed’ as well. In the heat of the moment. The intensity of this possibly being the last chance to admit their feelings to one another, Ron and Hermione shared their first kiss. And the rest is history…. Harry Potter defeated Voldomort and the Wizarding World… well it slowly started to regain peace.

He had to keep himself busy. For if he didn’t the void became noticeable. Ten years went by faster then he could have imagined. Like most on the set of Harry Potter he never knew how hard this would hit him. Many thought that relief would wash over them. That being done with Harry Potter was just starting a new chapter. That it wouldn’t hit them as hard as it did. But then they were shocked and killed by the ending of it all. For it was their childhood and a family they were saying goodbye to. For eventually they all became one with their characters. It was like a graduation. Everyone was thrilled to be done with a chapter in their lives and to start a new life ahead of them.

But to Rupert he was starting to think losing Harry Potter was a lot bigger then losing High School. For in high school you weren’t close to everyone you graduated with. The Harry Potter family was much closer then a graduating class. They did have their ups and downs but really at the end of it all it became ok. For they couldn’t get away from each other. Nearly every day of their lives were spent together including the weekends. They all attended the same functions. They were stuck together not like a class but like one gigantic family. And the family was torn apart like a divorce. A small part in his heart was removed when Harry Potter was over. It was the first time he ever showed much emotion.

He feared losing so many friends. What if he never talked to Dan again? To Emma? To the twins? Oh, he loved them all so much. And it was hard to imagine his life without them. He knew everyone swore to meet again. A reunion and such. Random moments? But it wouldn’t be the same. It could be years before he meets them all again. And some may not even show up at reunions if they become too busy. He has seen it all happen before. Casts say they will see each other again but really it never happens. He didn’t want this to happen. But life was about to change. Change where everyone gets busy and they lose touch. He’d have to face it sometime. But he still held onto some hope that the Harry Potter family would be different. It already kind of was.

He hadn’t been doing anything at the particular moment he got a message from Emma. He was just lounging on his couch, being a bit of a bump on the log. He hadn’t even planned on doing anything. But boy did that text sure brighten his day. He was just thinking he may never see them again and then poof Emma wants to see him! And because he got so excited he completely forgot to text her back. And just threw on his sneakers and hit the road to meet her. Walking to the address she sent him, a smile arose to his face as he spotted her. And walked up behind her.

And then with an enthusiastic voice he spoke up “ Hi Emma!”
